About the event
Teen elevate is a free, weekly event for local middle school and high school aged youth to learn skills that improve their mental wellness, refind their coping skills, and connect with others in an engaging group setting. Teen are welcome to arrive at the CRC right after school to get a snack, decompress, and settle in before the session starts at 3PM. Meet CJSW Social Worker, Olivia Lauzon, as she interacts in group setting using evidence-based practices revolved around mental health.
