Join us for a time of mindful art with Kathy Lynott of Frivolous Notions Art. Let go of the outcome and embrace the process by focusing on textures and colors in experimenting with different mediums. By focusing on the moment, you’ll be amazed at what you create while creating a mindful moment for yourself. Registration required. All supplies included.
Mixed media painting opens the door to including materials like paper, glitter, fibers, and glass in your painting. It’s a great way to explore textures and techniques that enrich the presentation of your unique artistic expression.
Kathy Lynott is a mixed media artist who teaches art-making classes in Everett, WA. My background in education, social services, and art-making led to the development of such workshops as Mindful Arts, Fearless Self-portraits, Free-form Alcohol ink painting, Art Journal Making, and Make Your Own Plushie.
In every workshop, the goal is to focus on the process to cultivate peace, empower creative expression, and connect with ourselves and others!
