Acerca del evento

Using permaculture, ecological design and sustainable construction, horticulturist Jessi Bloom of NW Bloom Ecological Services aims to integrate people and the land by helping participants create highly functional and beautiful outdoor spaces. Join us as we welcome Jessi's passion and mission to preserve the natural ecological balance in the great Pacific Northwest (and beyond) and to ensure a healthy, regenerative living environment for generations to come by showing you ethical sustainable gardening practices by creating edible landscapes for both homeowners and wildlife. These spaces for vegetable, herb and berry gardening allow clients to enjoy food grown from their own soil and by incorporating specific plant communities, participants will learn how to attract various types of native wildlife.  Jessi was born and raised in the PNW and has a strong background of horticulture and environmental sciences.
