The MS-150 rides prior to 2007 are included as a separate tab because we have some good photographs from some of those rides. All of the MS-150 rides were 150 to 180 miles over two days from Columbia to Myrtle beach--until the 2007 MS-150 which began and ended at Myrtle Beach, looping 150 miles. You'll find the 2007 MS-150 under it's own tab. Riding a bicycle 150 miles or more with over 2,000 other cyclists is more fun than you can imagine.
On the latter rides for 3 or 4 years prior to 2007, our overnight staging location was the Darlington Speedway where we each got to ride our bicycles around the steep turns that were designed for 150 mph speeds. Most of us had a bit of trouble getting up to the designed speed of the curves--probably because we had already pedaled 80 or so miles by the time we even got on the race track!
